About me
I am an aunt, a sister, a best friend, a book lover, a music enthusiast, a foodie and above all, deeply fascinated by human relationships. By communication, team dynamics and those moments when things start to feel stuck and it’s no longer clear how to move forward.
I am a trained sociologist and human rights educator (University College Maastricht, Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin), a certified trainer by the the German UNESCO Commission, and a qualified mediator (M2 Academy).
For many years, I have been supporting individuals and groups through processes of learning, development and change.
My professional path began in my work with disadvantaged youth in Berlin-Marzahn and Darkhan, Mongolia. There, I witnessed firsthand how trust and connection can profoundly shift perspectives and life trajectories. These experiences continue to shape my work and have led me to a central guiding question:
How can we make relationship and collaboration possible, especially when we see reality through different lenses?
Alongside my work in education and human rights, I spent many years working in the field of communications for several companies. Meanwhile, dance became another language for me, through training in Germany, Sweden and India, I explored identity, presence and transformation beyond words.
Personal experiences of loss deepened my understanding of change, grief and new beginnings.
Today, I primarily work as a mediator and trainer, focusing on communication, conflict resolution, and relational resilience.
My work invites people to reconnect with clarity, courage and care.
