About me
I am an aunt, a sister, a book lover, a music enthusiast, a foodie and above all, deeply fascinated by human relationships.
By communication, interpersonal conflicts and situations in which things start to grind and we no longer quite know how to move forward.

Conflicts often feel exhausting.
Annoying.
Draining.
Yet friction is something profoundly human.
We hold different realities, needs and perceptions.
Conflicts therefore reveal many essential aspects of living together.

What matters to me and to us?
How can we understand the other person when we ourselves feel misunderstood?
And how can we enter into dialogue when we can no longer speak to each other at all?

I am a trained sociologist and human rights professional (University College Maastricht, ASH Berlin), a certified trainer through the German UNESCO Commission and a qualified mediator (M2 Academy).
For many years, I have accompanied diverse groups and individuals through processes of development, learning and change.

Through extensive experience in companies, schools, independent educational institutions and numerous workshops, my work repeatedly returns to one central question:

How can relationships and collaboration remain possible, especially when we hold very different perceptions?

My professional journey began working with disadvantaged youth in Berlin-Marzahn and Darkhan, Mongolia. Alongside my work as a trainer in education and human rights, I spent many years working in communication roles across various companies. In addition, through dance, with training in Germany, Sweden and India, I found another language for identity, belonging, presence and change.

Personal experiences of loss deepened my understanding of transformation, grief and new beginnings.

Today, I work primarily as a mediator and trainer, focusing on communication, conflict resolution and relational resilience.

My mission
To accompany people through conflict, change and grief.
To support you in answering the question:
Where do we go from here?

Previously worked with:

"Louigi has a unique way of letting everyone in the room speak"
"Conflicts are really exhausting. Through Louigi it felt somehow easier."
“The clear and yet light and humorous way of interacting with conflic really helped me to approach my realtionship to my brother differently”.
